At NW Community Alliance, we’ve spent over half a century dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our mission? To empower every individual to live a life shaped by their own choices, filled with potential and fulfillment.

We’re unwavering in our commitment to deliver nothing but the best through our programs. As advocates for those we support, we actively engage with our communities, fostering relationships and connections.

Our Programs

NW Community Alliance, a licensed Agency Provider in the State of Oregon, is dedicated to delivering exceptional, quality support that goes beyond just fulfilling basic needs. We aim to empower each individual, helping them unlock their full potential and lead enriched lives.

Our comprehensive suite of programs includes residential group homes, in-home supports, day activities, and a range of employment services such as job skills training, job coaching, and supported employment.

Those interested in our services can reach out to their local County Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP), brokerage, or Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) office for a referral to our programs. Private Pay options may also be available.
